Vehicle OverviewDuring the 1980's one of the most desirable sports car available was the Porsche 911 Turbo. Porsche took this supercar one step further by offering a factory slantnose option through their "special order program" resulting in one of the most beautiful designs ever offered by the German automaker. Each slantnose unit was handcrafted by remodeling the normal 911 front end and fenders with a style that emulated the legendary 935 factory race car. Porsche assembled an extremely limited production of 144 slantnose 930 Turbos in 1987. So few were built that the slantnose units often commanded a high premium price over the standard rate. This stylish factory installed option is indicated on the original window sticker and cost over $23K alone! This fine example was custom ordered in 1987 and remained as a one owner car for the past 30 years accumulating a scant 35K miles. The air-cooled turbo charged six cylinder offers incredible performance and certainly feels stronger than the advertised 282 factory horsepower. All this turbo thrust comes to a halt with the four piston brakes on each corner featuring ventilated and cross-drilled rotors. Sporting all its original panels, the 911 Turbo looks every bit the part in its striking Guards Red finish topped off with the iconic "Whale Tail" rear spoiler. The black script leather interior is in excellent condition featuring power sport bucket seats that are also heated as well. Other features include power sunroof, power windows, air conditioning and a Pioneer CD stereo system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity. Included with the car is the original Window Sticker, original Owner's Manual and original Slantnose Manual Supplement. Don't miss your chance to own this very rare one-owner Porsche supercar!
