This Sport Fury convertible is a terrific example of 1960's American motoring at its best. In outstanding condition, the Plymouth sports a shiny Ruby Red finish. The exterior chrome and brightwork is gleaming, as well as the side trim that extends down the entire side of the over 17-foot automobile. A white power convertible top lets the sun shine in on the exceptional interior. Red and white two-tone vinyl bucket seats adorn the cabin optioned with a center console and tachometer. Under the hood is a period-correct 383 cubic-inch V8 engine with a four-barrel carburetor putting out a stout 330 horsepower with the dual exhaust system making all the right sounds. Power is transferred to the pavement via the four-speed manual transmission equipped with the iconic Hurst shifter. The Sport Fury rides on gleaming Magnum 500 wheels on B.F. Goodrich Silvertown radial redline tires. It is obvious the previous owner of the Plymouth took great care in performing a proper and correct restoration. Over $40K in receipts show no expense was spared in bringing this Sport Fury back to its former glory. This car is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition and is ready for top-down cruising this fall!
