Vehicle Overview
This 1978 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is in incredible original condition and has certainly been well cared for its entire life and it shows. Undoubtedly "garage-kept" since new, the body panels are laser straight and in excellent condition, moldings are blemish free and the code 25 Mariner Blue paint with two-tone white accent finish is in terrific shape. Complementing the beautiful exterior are chrome bumpers, wheel opening moldings and chrome mirrors. The Blazer is powered by the proven LS9 GM "small block" 350 cubic inch V8 and is topped with a Rochester four-barrel carburetor. Gears are shifted smoothly thru the proven Turbo Hydromatic TH-350 three-speed automatic transmission. Power front disc brakes, power steering and the dependable 12-bolt rear axle make driving a pleasure. This super-tough 2WD rides on 15" Chevrolet Rally wheels with white wall radial tires and was produced with the unique Frost White fiberglass removable hardtop. Inside the roomy cabin is vinyl upholstery, in like-new condition, with many standard and optional features like air conditioning, cruise control, tilt steering column, power windows, power locks, intermittent wipers, high-back bucket seats and AM/FM stereo. Included with the K5 is a treasure trove of original paperwork including the Chevrolet Car Shipper Report, Chevrolet New Vehicle Inspection Report, Owner's Manual, Chevrolet Warranty Booklet and the Zeibart Rustproofing Receipt. The Blazer has just been fully serviced by our Hendrick Performance team and is in excellent physical and mechanical condition. We cannot confirm the 11K miles on the odometer as actual, however, considering the outstanding original condition throughout it could very well be accurate. Full size K5 Blazers' in this shape are extremely rare...so don't miss your chance to own this spectacular example in outstanding original condition.
